MEET OWNER TRACY L. FYE, CNP
Allergan Master INJector
With a life-long desire to help people, Nurse Practitioner, Tracy L. Fye, knew from an early age she wanted a career in nursing. While in high school, Tracy obtained her LPN. She moved on to complete her RN/BSN in 1995. Five years later, Tracy would complete her Masters degree and graduate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Wichita State University in Kansas.
Working closely with patients in the Emergency Department, Tracy’s scope of practice would soon expand to include laceration repair with facial lacerations being of special interest to her. This experience, was a wake-up call to pursue her true passion of medical aesthetics.
Working and learning with leading plastic surgeons in the Boston area, Tracy began to hone her skills in aesthetics. With over 14 years of experience specifically in aesthetic injectable treatments she is now a pioneer and leader. She has expanded her offerings to include Morpheous8® Microneedling with RF technology, Laser Treatments, and the vampire facial.
Her passion to help others does not stop with her patients. Tracy served as advisor and mentor to over 200 medical aesthetic nurses. She also continues to teach medical professionals who share in her passion to help people feel and look their best. Tracy and her team believe that everyone is naturally beautiful and unique in their own way.

Coffee lover Laura loves making her own cold brew (extra strong!) and finding amazing hidden coffee shops like Cape Cod Coffee in Mashpee, MA.
Laura swears by HydraFacial® and dermaplaning treatments to keep her skin glowing as well as ZO® Smart Tone, Daily Power Defense & Vitamin C Serum.
When she’s not leveling up clients looks Laura uses her coffee buzz to plan her wedding, keep up with her adorable English setter Finn and care for 18 chickens!

MEET FERNANDA COSTA, RN
Our talented and caring nurse Fernanda possesses over 10 years of experience in the medical field. She loves attending to patients and developed this passion as a triage nurse to pediatric patients. Now, she thrives on helping her clients at FBT Medical Aesthetics look and feel their best. Trained and certified at the Aesthetic Institute of Massachusetts as well as by Tracy Fye herself, Fernanda is fluent in both English and Portuguese.
Mom to two boys, Fernanada uses Botox®, Laser hair removal, HydraFacials® and monthly vitamin B12 injections to look and feel her best as well as Face Reality® Mandelic Serum.

MEET BETH KRAMER, RN & SARGE, FRONT DESK
Beth and Sarge spread their cheer at FBT on Wednesdays. Mom to four children – and many animals, Beth was a visiting nurse for over 25 years. In addition to greeting clients at the front desk and on the phone Beth performs B12 vitamin injections and IV treatments.
This sports fan stays fresh faced with HydraFacials®, dermaplaning and Morpheus8® treatments as well as lash extensions and ZO® skincare products.
